We loved the plucky new Citroën C3 when we first drove it and the now there’s a bigger Aircross version on the scene. This is equally as recommendable thanks to its focus on comfort, space, and great value for money. You can even have one with seven seats – although these are rather shoehorned in so we’d recommend sticking with the five-seater if you can. Either way, the C3 Aircross is a compact yet practical family car available as a petrol or hybrid, with a very well-priced electric version available too.
