Buying your next car should be exciting, but with so much choice, sometimes it can feel like a daunting process. To help make the process easier, we introduced the Auto Trader Retailer Awards, designed to recognise some of the best retailers in the business.

On 17th October we revealed the winners of the Auto Trader Retailer Awards 2024, awarding 30 trophies across 11 categories celebrating the key elements of modern retailing, ranging from the best customer experience to sustainability.

With over 13,500 retailers to choose from, finding the best of the best wasn't easy. That's why the winners were determined by an independent judging panel of experts from some of the world's biggest brands as well as the opinions of thousands of car buyers and the most comprehensive mystery shopping programme we've ever conducted.

Customer Experience
