Auto Trader EV Giveaway Feedback Survey prize draw

The "Promoter" is Auto Trader Limited of 1 Tony Wilson Place, Manchester M15 4FN.

1. The prize draw

   1. The title of the prize draw is the "Auto Trader EV Giveaway Feedback Survey prize draw".
   2. Entrants will be required to successfully complete the online survey via the link sent in the email in accordance with these terms and conditions. A winner will be selected at random from all entries which comply with these terms and conditions, during the Entry Period (as defined in paragraph 2.1). The winning entry will win a £1000 Prezzee voucher.

2. How to enter

   1. The prize draw will run between 10th March 2025 (the "Opening Date") and 9th April 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Entry Period").
   2. All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter in accordance with paragraph 2.3 below by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
   3. To enter the prize draw, entrants must successfully complete the online survey via the link sent in the email during the Entry Period.
   4. No purchase necessary. The winner will need to provide their email address in order for the Promoter to deliver the prize via email and for the winner to redeem the Prezzee voucher. It cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
   5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, delayed, or otherwise not received by the Promoter due to equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
   6. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   7. The winning prize draw entry will be selected by random draw.

3. Eligibility

   1. The prize draw is only open to all residents in the UK aged 17 years or over, who are eligible to enter the Electric Car Giveaway under its terms and conditions, except:
      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
   2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
   3. The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that:
      1. are political in nature;
      2. feature content which is likely to be inconsistent with the brand values of the Promoter or which is otherwise considered offensive or derogatory by the Promoter;
      3. are automatically generated by computer;
      4. are completed by third parties or in bulk;
      5. are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; and/or
      6. are incomplete.
   4. There is a limit of one entry per person per email address. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
   5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

4. The prize

   1. The prize is a £1000 Prezzee voucher.
   2. The prize is provided and fulfilled by the Promoter.
   3. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
   4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable or exchangeable for a cash alternative.
   5. The winner will be required to redeem the Prezzee voucher using a valid Prezzee account at www.Prezzee.co.uk. The Promoter has no control over the products/services which the prize can be redeemed for and therefore, without prejudice to the generality of paragraph 7 below, the Promoter shall, to the furthest extent permissible by law, have no liability to the winner for any loss or damage suffered by the winner in connection with such products/services.

5. Winner

   1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
   2. The winner of the prize draw will be announced via email by 12:00 on the 7th April 2025.
   3. The Promoter will contact the winner via the email address provided upon entry as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the prize draw entry form has been submitted.
   4. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails competitions@autotrader.co.uk or writes to the Promoter at the above address (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at competitions@autotrader.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
   5. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the Promoter's email confirming eligibility and acceptance of prize, with details required to redeem the prize as described in paragraph 2.4. This must be done within 7 days of the Promoter's email.

6. Claiming the prize

   1. Following the winner's email in accordance with paragraph 5.4 above, please allow 3 working days for delivery of the prize.
   2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
   3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize in accordance with the timescales specified at paragraph 5.4 above, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
   4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

7. Limitation of liability

   1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering this prize draw or taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Ownership of prize draw entries and intellectual property rights

   1. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website(s), social media platforms and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the prize draw. You agree to grant the Promoter a non- exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re- format and sub-licence the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
   2. In entering the prize draw, you hereby confirm that:
      1. your submission is an original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe third-party rights; and
      2. you will produce evidence of any required consents at the Promoter's request, or risk being disqualified from entering the prize draw.

9. Data protection and publicity

   1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy located at https://www.autotrader.co.uk/privacy-policy.

10. General

    1. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
    2. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
    3. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
    4. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
    5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
