E-Bike Introductory Price Offer

This E-Bike Introductory Price Offer is provided subject to the Main Advertising Terms and Conditions and the E-Bike Stock Business Rules which are incorporated into the Rules by reference.

Terms defined in the Main Advertising Terms & Conditions and E-Bike Stock Business Rules shall have the same meaning in these Rules provided that, should a term be defined in both the Main Advertising Terms & Conditions or E-Bike Stock Business Rules and these Rules, the meaning of the term defined in these Rules shall have precedence in relation to the interpretation of these Rules.

Business Rules ("Rules")

    1. In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings:
    1. "E-Bike Introductory Price Offer" means the promotion operated by Auto Trader and described in these Rules which allows Advertisers who sign up to a new package on the E-Bike Stock Product to benefit from free E-Bike stock advertising on Auto Trader’s E-Bike Stock Product for the first three months of the Offer Period subject to paying full price for the E-Bike Stock Product advertising for the next three months of the Offer Period;
    2. “E-Bike Stock Product” means Auto Trader’s product for advertising E-Bikes on Auto Trader Platforms, which are subject to the E-Bike Stock Business Rules;
    3. "Offer Period" means the period starting from when the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer is taken up and continuing for a period of six months.
  2. The E-Bike Introductory Price Offer is available to Advertisers of E-Bikes only, who sign up to a new E-Bike package with Auto Trader for the E-Bike Stock Product, subject to the E-Bike Stock Business Rules and these Rules.
  3. [Advertisers will not be eligible for the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer if the Advertiser has previously taken advantage of the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer, or the Advertiser is not a new customer to the E-Bike Stock Product.]
  4. Advertisers who participate in the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer shall not be entitled to participate in any other stock and/or Package offers during the Offer Period.
  5. Advertisers cannot advertise stock on behalf of a third party.
  6. Any associated costs will be detailed via order confirmation and invoice.
  7. Communication regarding the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer may be received via email, Portal or from your Account Manager.
  8. Participating in the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer constitutes an agreement for the Advertiser to continue its Package for the E-Bike Stock Product until the end of the Offer Period, as a minimum. During the Offer Period the standard downgrade and cancellation notice requirements set out in the Main Advertising Terms & Conditions shall apply, subject to paragraph 9 of these Rules.
  9. If any Advertisers who participate in the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer give notice at any time during the Offer Period to cancel or downgrade their Package for the E-Bike Stock Product, they will become ineligible for the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer, and any E-Bike Stock Product advertising shall be charged at Auto Trader's standard rate card for the duration of the Offer Period (including retrospectively).
  10. The Advertiser may upgrade their package during the Offer Period, and such upgraded package will apply for the remaining period of Offer Period, but the Advertiser will not receive any retrospective benefit of the upgrade for any period of the Offer Period already elapsed.
  11. If the Advertiser is in breach of these Rules, the E-Bike Stock Business Rules and/or the Main Advertising Terms & Conditions during the Offer Period, Auto Trader reserves the right (without affecting any of its other rights) to withdraw the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer from the Advertiser during the Offer Period and the Advertiser may be charged Auto Trader's standard rate card for the duration of the Offer Period in respect of any E-Bike stock advertising (including retrospectively).
  12. Auto Trader reserves the right to allow or refuse to allow any Advertiser to participate in the E-Bike Introductory Price Offer at its sole discretion.
  13. Auto Trader reserves the right to amend, modify or remove this E-Bike Introductory Price Offer at any point with immediate effect.
